By placing an order online through Perfumes 4u, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure your compliance with our purchasing, shipping, refund, and/or return methods and procedures.
1.PURCHASE POLICY
Only purchase orders placed through our official online page www.perfumes4u.com will be accepted. Once the order is confirmed in our system, the customer will receive an automatic notification with the corresponding order number and purchase registration information.
1.1 In order to protect our customers, we review all orders received to detect fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activities or when the order violates the published policies of Perfumes 4u. If this is the case, we may reject your order, or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order, in order to validate your purchase details through our email customerservice@perfumes4u.net. Among the documents that may be requested are: ID, Driver's License, credit/debit card used for the purchase, or other similar documents that prove the original buyer. The customer may cover any information considered sensitive from these documents; only the name of the document holder and/or the last 4 digits of the card used need to be legible to confirm the customer's identity. Perfumes 4u will request these documents only through our official email customerservice@perfumes4u.net.
1.2 Perfumes 4u will not process online orders that cannot be completed and/or validated. In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full to the original card used for the payment.
1.3 The customer declares that all information recorded in the purchase order is true. Any attempt at fraud will be subject to legal action.
1.4 Any request, complaint, or claim can be made through our email customerservice@perfumes4u.net.
1.5 We do not make wholesale sales, which means that no more than 4 Luxury* products of the same reference will be sold to the same customer.
1.6 The images presented on our website are references to the items to be sent. There may be variations in packaging and presentations by the manufacturer without prior notice, please contact customer service if you requiere more information before you place your order.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after being placed. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day. Business days are understood as Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.
2.1 All orders valued at $300 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery. The customer must personally sign the delivery receipt; third-party signatures will not be accepted. Perfumes 4u will not be responsible for lost packages. Once the customer receives their tracking number, the order will be considered a final sale, and Perfumes 4u will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the package.
2.2 Orders notified as undelivered will be subject to an investigation by Perfumes 4u and the corresponding shipping company. This process can take between 3 to 15 business days. If UPS or USPS confirms that the order was delivered and/or received without any issues, the case will be considered closed, and it will be the customer's responsibility to initiate an investigation with the corresponding shipping company.
2.3 We cannot change or modify the shipping address once the package is in transit.
2.4 Perfumes 4u offers various shipping methods to suit your needs. The estimated delivery times and available methods are as follows:
- Free Shipping (Economy) - Delivery time: 3-8 business days.
- Ground Advantage - Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
- Priority Mail - Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
2.5 We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not process international shipments.
2.6 We are not responsible for weather-related events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the delivery date of the order.
2.7 For orders with delivery requests to PO Box and APO/FPO, Perfumes 4u will not be responsible for delays in delivery, losses, or damages that may occur during the delivery process.
3. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving the shipping confirmation email, we can accept the cancellation request for the order. Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
4. RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defective, damaged items or if you received the incorrect item. This will allow us to evaluate and correct the issue quickly. You have 3 business days after receiving your order to notify us and proceed with the exchange or refund. 4.1 All returned items must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original cellophane as they were initially delivered. Altered, damaged, used, incomplete, or dirty products that do not meet these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
4.2 To initiate a return or exchange of a product, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 3 business days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing customerservice@perfumes4u.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. It is important to note that returned items will not be accepted without this prior authorization (RA).
In the email sent to request the exchange or return of a product, you must attach the following information:
- Full name.
- Contact phone number.
- Full address.
- Online Order Number.
- Payment method (Indicate the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase)
- Detailed description of the reason for the return.
- Confirmation of whether the product was tested, opened, or is in its original packaging (Cellophane)
- Attach images and/or videos of the current state of the perfume and the box in which it was received.
4.3 Perfumes 4u is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of returned items. If your return does not comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned above, please refrain from sending any product.
4.4 The customer must bear the shipping costs when the return is not authorized or approved by the Customer Service team.
4.5 We do not accept returns of online orders in our physical stores.
4.6 If the purchase included any 'free' item, it must also be returned along with the items the customer wishes to return.
4.7 All returns will be subject to evaluation and inspection by the corresponding department, depending on each case. We will notify the customer via email at customerservice@perfumes4u.net about the approval or rejection of their refund request.
4.8 If refund is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.9 The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if the shipment was made under the free shipping modality and/or as indicated by the customer service team. Customer will be responsable for shipping changes.
4.10 Cash refunds, to other payment methods, or to third parties are not made.
4.11 Exchange or refund requests will not be considered if the customer is outside the country (United States, Puerto Rico, Canada).
**Luxury products: refers to items or products that belong to a premium or high-end category, known for their superior quality, exclusive design, and often a higher price compared to standard products.
