We will refund/exchange items within 30 days of purchase. However, in order to qualify
for a refund or exchange for any such claim, you need to contact us no later than fifteen
(15) days from the date of delivery.

1. Shipping Insurance:

  •  All orders with a value equal to or greater than $300 USD will require a signatureupon delivery. The customer must personally sign the delivery receipt. Signaturesby third parties will not be accepted. Perfume4u will not be responsible for lost packages.

2. Returns and Replacements Process:

  • To initiate a refund or replacement process, you must contact us to request an 
    Authorization Number (RA) through our customer service email.
  • No refunds will be issued, and no returns will be accepted without an RA.
  • Packages received without an RA will not be credited.


3. Required Information for Returns/Exchanges:

Please include the original purchase receipt along with the return, and provide the

following details:

  • Full name.
  • Full address.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • A picture of the packing slip / store receipt.
  • Last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase.
  • Reason for the return.

4. Customer Responsibility:

  • Perfums4U is not responsible for insufficient information provided, packages returned to sender without an RA, or for lost/stolen packages.

We want you to love your purchase; these are the conditions that apply to returns of products.

  • Perfumes 4 U Inc products purchased through any other outlet, including boutiques and third-party retailers, are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
  • You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping.
  • Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on body creams, sanitizers, and deodorants.
  • We do not accept online returns in our stores.
  • Returned products must be sent to the address given by customer service.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are here to help make your return as easy as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 3 weeks; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. We take no responsibility for damages or theft which may occur in the return process. Your will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
  • Perfumes 4 U will not accept merchandise that, in its reasonable discretion, has been used, altered, or damaged by you or a third party for which it is not responsible. J&J Parfums  is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Perfumes 4 U  reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not strictly comply with the above requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
